What you will do:
Be a resource for our clients and partner for budgets, forecasts, and data models of PowerPivot, DAX and Power BI Analyzing financial models and reports(Spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet based models) Consulting with clients and partners on budgeting and planning best practices Working with end users to document business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements – with attention to detail Responding to client support questions and requests via phone and email Interacting with our product development team to troubleshoot client problems and resolve client questions Reviewing client product features requests with product management and development Be part of a dynamic team that offers global financial solutions, operational support and opportunity to lead change through the company Interface with senior management, business and technology teams to drive the adoption of Power BI, Excel, Power Planner, Visual Planning and Power Update. Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models, tools and data. Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the PowerOn suite of products Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives Effectively communicate status to management team, issue and risk management
What you should know:
3-5 years successful sales experience Experience working with SaaS based software Experience selling EPM, ERP or BI software solutions, either directly or through a Big 4 consulting firm Consultative selling skills Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments Customer focused attitude BS/BA
